As a former Brands Model, International Actress and TV/Film Producer, I’ve been meditating since I was 18 years old. Not only have these practices provided a coping mechanism for dealing with the pressures of a grueling schedule, but mindfulness techniques also helped me overcome the fear and anxiety of walking catwalks and red carpets around the globe and allowed me to clear my mind to effectively learn scripts for movie roles and present at live events, too.
During my acting career, I’ve spent time overseas where I was able to develop my meditation skills with top experts and take my breathing techniques to another level. These advanced teachings further helped me with my stressful work and intense traveling schedule where I was expected to stay extremely focused.
Armed with my Meditation Diploma, I have a huge desire to help others and have a particular passion for helping people living with symptoms of depression, anxiety and fear and making a huge difference in placing people into a more loving, positive life with the power of breathing exercises. I’ve suffered many challenges personally and within the family and my focus is people, looking after their minds with a very simple but effective ‘mental health exercise’.
