Eligibility for Mentees

Our Mentoring Programme is available to eligible farm businesses registered with Farming Connect

This includes:

• business owners or partners
• immediate family members such as sons, daughters, spouses and/or partners
• paid employees (for example, individuals on PAYE)
• new entrants looking to establish their own business

All registered farming and forestry businesses will need:

• 3ha of registered land within Wales
• a Customer Reference Number (CRN)
• a Welsh County Parish Holding (CPH) number
• to be registered with RPW online

Horticulturalists and specialist or niche farming systems below the 3 ha threshold can also be supported.
