Born and raised on a mixed farm in Carmarthenshire, Edward has over 35 years’ experience working in the food sector and has been with Castell Howell for 22 years. He leads numerous supply chain projects, including a recent collaborative ‘Welsh Veg to Welsh Schools’ initiative with Lantra and Farming Connect.
