Kate Phillips

Kate Phillips has wide experience of sheep farming systems in England and Wales. She has particular expertise in sheep nutrition, health and husbandry. She has worked for Farming Connect over several years supporting farmers to improve flock productivity through improved ewe and lamb nutrition, including minerals and trace elements, benchmarking, sheep parasite control, sheep lameness and flock health planning. She also has an interest in mitigation of climate change and how sheep farming can play a part in reducing emissions.
