Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is ideal for livestock farmers looking to enhance business management skills, improve financial performance, and optimise farm operations. Attendees will need to have access to a latest copy of the business’ financial accounts for reference during the workshop. It will not be a requirement to share financial details though sharing of some specifics i.e. input costs will be encouraged.
