Sean is a Partner at HCR who has specialised in advising Agricultural and Rural clients for over 12 years. 

Sean enjoys advising his clients on a number of Private Client matters, to include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Succession Advice, Trusts and Inheritance Tax. 

In particular, Sean has been heavily involved with advising the Agricultural industry on the changes announced to Agricultural and Business Property Relief, attending a meeting with the Wales Office and Treasury Officials to discuss the challenges the sector is facing due to the proposed changes. He has also spoken on the subject at events in Builth Wells and Carmarthen. 

Living in Carmarthen, West Wales, Sean enjoys working with the firms West Wales client base, and can often be found at an agricultural show.
