During October Farming Connect is holding a series of surgeries where a team of local Development Officers and approved training providers will offer support on how to complete your Personal Development Plan (PDP) online.
The Personal Development Plan is a fully funded service for farmers and foresters registered with Farming Connect. Completing the PDP will help you to identify long term objectives and long term goals, and develop key skills or competencies.
In order to submit an application for training funding you will need to complete the online Personal Development Plan. If possible, please bring your laptop with you to the surgery in order to complete your Personal Development Plan.
