Manon is located on the borders between Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire and will be travelling all across Wales to facilitate family succession meetings. Manon is a fluent Welsh speaker and a qualified solicitor, with a particular passion and interest for succession planning for agricultural businesses. Manon completed succession facilitation training with Siân Bushell in 2021 and is an Associate of Siân Bushell, and so is very capable of leading the discussions needed when considering succession. Manon is very experienced in providing succession planning advice to large and small farming businesses, with an emphasis on the practicalities as well as the legal aspects. Having grown up on a sheep farm and now living on a dairy farm with her own family, she understands the nature of family businesses and the issues that succession of such businesses can bring. She appreciates the concerns involved, and is able to empathise with the position of the individuals involved helping them to overcome difficulties
