Gareth Griffiths, Mabis Amaeth

Gareth is a fluent Welsh speaker from Carmarthenshire, but is able to travel across Wales to facilitate family succession meetings. Having grown up on a mixed dairy, beef and sheep farm and worked in the agricultural industry for over 15 years, Gareth has a strong understanding and knowledge of the agricultural sector. Gareth has completed two courses with Sian Bushell, focusing on succession and facilitating family meetings and understands the importance of succession planning on family farms, and appreciates that it can be a difficult topic to address. Gareth has almost 8 years’ experience of managing and facilitating discussion groups, along with this, Gareth has also completed the ‘Facilitation in Organisational Leadership’ course.
