Business - Staff Management

Farming Connect is recruiting members for a Staff Management Discussion Group. The meetings will be held digitally and there will be 5 meetings before March 2026. 

The application window is closed.

Meeting topics will focus on:

  • People Management
  • Basic Employment law
  • Writing a job advertisement and promoting your farm
  • Appraisals and training
  • Standard operating procedures

A WhatsApp group to facilitate discussion and idea sharing between meetings will be created.

Key Performance Indicators will be measured to tailor meetings to the group needs and to help encourage change and improvement.
