Small Grants – Yard Coverings and Nutrient Management Investment schemes supports farmers in Wales to improve on-farm nutrient management, by investing in existing on-farm infrastructure and equipment.
Join Farming Connect for further information on the support available for you through the Small Grants – Yard Coverings and Nutrient Management Investment schemes. The Yard Coverings scheme supports the covering of previously uncovered existing livestock feeding and gathering areas, manure storage areas, slurry, and silage stores to reduce the volume of rainwater entering slurry stores. The Nutrient Management Investment scheme supports infrastructure and capital investments in equipment that have been identified to address the impacts of on-farm pollution.
