Siân Bushell, Siân Bushell Associates

Sian is based in Pembrokeshire and has been a dairy farmer. She facilitates family succession meetings in the South West Wales area. In 2006 Sian travelled to Australia to train as a succession facilitator, and shortly after established her business; Sian Bushell Associates and Family Business Meeting Facilitation Service.  She has ample experience in facilitating these discussions, along with speaking to farming discussion groups across Wales. Sian is now training others as succession facilitators.
