During the depth of the 2009 recession I co-founded Yolk and disrupted a dated market by motivating and growing a driven and captive team of elite people who to this day remain the backbone of our story. Yolk has transformed the South Wales recruitment industry by introducing healthy and challenging competition, improving industry standards, promoting a new candidate focussed approach and developing a value added and engaging recruitment delivery model. 

As MD I am instrumental in driving forward the company by constantly evolving and reacting to our ever changing marketplace. Working closely with the board and senior management team I lead on strategic oversight and assess opportunities for sustainable fast growth while ensuring that we have a motivated and developing workforce that are relentlessly improving to achieve our shared vision. 

As a passionate, ambitious and emerging entrepreneur I have been recognised by the Institute of Directors and Insider Media as a Rising Star in Business and was awarded the IWA Young Business Achiever of the year award.
