Gafyn Stiff is the Owner and Managing Director of Glân Cleaning Services Ltd, a prominent commercial cleaning company in Cardiff and South East Wales. After a rewarding 15-year career as a Physical Education teacher, he transitioned into entrepreneurship in 2010, founding a domestic cleaning business that later became Glân Cleaning Services in 2015. Gafyn is also a board member of Cardiff Business Club and Financial Director of Snowsport Cymru/Wales, reflecting his deep passion for sports. 

A dedicated ski enthusiast, Gafyn has organised over 50 ski trips and continues to coach rugby, a role he’s held for nearly three decades. Outside of business and sports, he enjoys singing with Côr Tadau Trisant, a local male voice choir. His career journey highlights the importance of adaptability, balancing personal fulfilment with professional success, and pursuing passion through different phases of life.
