After attending many sales and marketing training programmes and dealing with recruitment companies run by people with little or no sales experience, we saw a niche in the market for a professional sales and marketing solutions company, run by people with real experience. Today, we are one of Wales’s top sales and marketing consultancies.

Together, we have over 45 years combined sales and marketing experience in some of the most difficult direct selling environments and have succeeded where many failed. We set about helping other individuals and companies to exceed their goals and now successfully help many companies and individuals alike.

I wasted many years trying to come up with a new idea or business that no one else had thought of, however, people have just as much success with a tried and tested business idea by doing it better than their competition!

I wasn’t great at school but I have always had the ambition to make my life the best it can be. The hardest thing I had to learn was to be a good listener.

The first year is definitely the most exciting. I learnt that you only get out what you put in.

I love the responsibility of steering my own course and helping others that have been in my position along the way.

My job is helping people to improve their business and sales achievements, so the opportunity to help young people to set off in the right direction before they pick up many of the bad habits in business is a great pleasure for me.
