I moved to United Kingdom from Singapore in 2012 with my family to completed my final year studying Business at Bangor University in 2013, my hard work and determination was recognised and I was awarded the “Best Entrepreneurial Student of the Year” for my entrepreneurial efforts.

After graduation, I launched my first 'Bubble Tea' cafe in Bangor attracting several press releases about the business.  Bubble Tea is the name given to a variety of refreshing flavored milk teas or fruit teas served ice cold or piping hot and with chewy tapioca balls that you suck up through a fat straw!  With the huge success of the first store, I raised a 6 figure seed investments to expand the business. Expansion was a challenge and I learnt how to sell more effectively by scaling down to an e- business, reducing overheads and risks.

Passionate about business, I coach and mentor aspiring individuals who wish to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.

My other ventures include, a software development company, Red Chilli Apps where we work with other businesses to improve online visibility by developing websites, mobile applications and bespoke software and KALZ Enterprise which bottles and distributes fruit teas.

I enjoying speaking on various stages and audiences sharing my knowledge and experiences. I've been lucky enough to have won several awards in my entrepreneurial journey. My proudest moment was being named as one of the Top 50 inspiring Migrant Woman UK and was featured in a book titled "50 Voices of Migrant Women" which was launched in December 2017 at the Westminster.

I am a firm believer that as we work our way towards our goals and dreams, we don't have a choice but to get tougher. Life is tough and we need to be tougher to beat it.
