I went to Cardiff University and studied Astrophysics. For a while I wanted to become a sound engineer and work in the music industry. I teach a lot of children at my Martial Arts centre but I also have adults as old as 60 who train with me. I encourage families to take part together as well.

You have to really want to be successful and be completely focussed on achieving that success.
