My motivation for setting up in business was that the company I worked for was in trouble and couldn’t afford me so it seemed the sensible thing to do. I like being my own boss and having responsibility, and I enjoy being the master of my own destiny.
My path through life has been in mechanical environments to some extent. I believe that setbacks can be good, and that positive effects usually come from them.
I have some real experience of business life to share. I would like to encourage young people to get out there and do it! I can implement enthusiasm, humour and some humility.
