I am the founder and owner of my company PAB Events. There are 2 parts to my business - I create special events & weddings (venue styling and/ or complete planning). Plus I provide events for small business to promote and sell their products (including training workshops to help them be seen and increase sales at events).

I started my business in order to embrace my passion of creativity and do what I love. I worked within a corporate environment for over 20 years and it was time for me to reclaim who I was. I love the experiences I now have. No two days are ever the same.

My passion is to be creative. This comes naturally to me. I have grown in my business to realise that this is what helps you to stand out from the competition. I am inspired by people who start from nothing and then create something sensational.

The events industry is a very competitive one. It also requires me to work unsociable hours. I have had to reinvent myself a number of times over the 14 years that I have been in business. This is absolutely necessary in order to grow and continue to stand out.

The best thing about being my own boss is the freedom to be me. I now have the opportunities that allow me to have rich experiences and help others to identify their own unique creative skills to build awesome results.
