I am the founder and owner of my company Paula Burns Events & Mentoring. There are 2 parts to my business - I create special events & weddings (venue styling and/ or complete planning). Plus, I am a create business mentor, helping small business owners to identify creative ways raise their profile and increase their sales. The support I offer, comes in the form of 1 to 1s, workshops, training sessions & downloads.

I started my business in order to embrace my passion of creativity and do what I love. I worked within a corporate environment for over 20 years and it was time for me to reclaim who I was. I love the experiences I now have. No two days are ever the same.

With the events industry being so competitive, I have had to reinvent myself a number of times during the 17 years that I have been in business. Creativity comes naturally to me and it's one of the key things I teach others in order to help them stand out from the competition. I am inspired by people who start from nothing and then create something sensational.

The best thing about being my own boss is the freedom to be me. I now have the opportunities that allow me to have rich experiences and help others to identify their own unique creative skills to build awesome results.
