After 15 years in the graphic design industry in London I moved back to Wales in 2005 to set up Webber Design.
As well as my design industry work I have been teaching, lecturing and training in all aspects of graphic design, new media design and photography since 1992. I started life as a graphic designer for print (whilst waiting for the web to be invented), working in newspapers and magazines.

Set up in 2005 we have grown from a sole trader to a Limited company with 7 staff on the payroll. We offer a one-stop-shop for all our clients' design, PR and photography needs.
After 15 years in the industry I was made redundant for the second time due to what I recognised as bad business practices by my employers.
I was determined not to have my career in the hands of anyone else, so the only way forward was to start my own company, learning the lessons of my previous failed employers.
