I’m a Mindset Coach and help people to overcome personal challenges and become the best version of themselves. My areas of expertise include;

-           Advice & Guidance for life & work

I offer Mindset & Accountability Coaching on a one-to-one or group basis. I support people to get through obstacles or challenges in their lives through tailored support, advice & guidance.

I started the business because I realized that one of my main purposes in life is to provide for others and help them. I also knew I didn’t want to work for other people forever. In October 2020 I finally took the plunge and went back working for myself again but with the intention of never going back into employment for someone else.

My own challenges that I have faced in life have set me on a path to help others and to do my part in making the world a better place. People like Tony Robbins, David Goggins, Wim Hof and others have inspired me to want to help others and to constantly push myself to achieve better things in life.

When setting up my coaching business, I quit my full-time job at Swansea University which was very well paid, with no real financial backing or savings, purely because I knew deep down it was the right path for me to take and trusted my gut. I had to work part-time jobs for a short while, whilst building up my coaching business and thankfully it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

For me, the best thing about being your own boss is that you’re the one who has to be accountable for your action or inaction. You have to be ready to do the work because nobody is coming to save you. That can be a scary thought, but it can also be incredibly motivating and exciting. You also get the added benefit of feeling happy about yourself when you realise that the results you produce have come from you taking the plunge.

TOP TIPS FOR YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS,

Realise what your values are and who you are. This will help you have clarity on the things you should be doing and tie in a WHY for whatever business you choose to set up or job you apply for. If you don’t know your why for doing something, how do you expect anyone else to?
