The first year was scary, but pioneering and thoroughly exhilarating. I love the freedom to evolve and adapt what we do, and working closely with my creative team. I’ve had to cope with a few setbacks – the downturn in the economy, working from such a remote location, and the amount of travelling I’ve had to do.
Since starting in 2010 I’ve gone from Bala to Brooklyn in New York…so who knows where I’ll get to next year!
