I struggled at school and ended up in jobs that I didn’t enjoy.  But after a ski season in France I gained experience of the industry, and when I got home I was determined to get out of my rut.  So I set up my company, Griffin Guiding.  It provides a flexible approach to tour guide services in and around Wales.  I’ve also branched out now into ground handling for cruise ship agents and train companies including the Orient Express.

Choose something you’re passionate about; Take any training you’re offered as you will always learn something. And don’t ever be afraid to ask for help.
