Farmers looking to add value to their existing businesses can find out more about the opportunities renewable energy schemes can offer at an event next week.

The joint Renewable Energy Event between Farming Connect, Natural Resources Wales and the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority aims to show the benefits of various renewable energy schemes and offer real-life examples from people who have developed their own installations. Speakers from Natural Resources Wales will outline the environmental considerations required for different schemes such as hydro, solar and biomass. The National Park Authority will offer advice on how to approach and navigate the planning process.
