Poultry Parasites

All animals carry parasites which have evolved to live either internally or externally on specific species. Some of the parasites are benign, while others are pathological. All poultry keepers should ensure that parasites are kept to a minimum as the welfare and productivity of poultry are affected by parasite burdens.
