- A persuasive advocate for sustainable food production and land management, Tamsyn is a member of the Landworkers’ Alliance. She has more than 16 years’ experience in commercial agriculture, specialising in project delivery, financial management and building successful partnerships. - A sustainable food and farming consultant for many years and now an experienced hedge layer too, Tamsyn is the founder of Bricks & Briar, the business she established in 2025 to help farmers and land managers secure funding for hedgerow restoration and management to improve biodiversity and long-term farm resilience. She is also developing an intensive cut flower enterprise at an eight-acre site at her Pembrokeshire smallholding, targeting wholesale markets.

- 2025 to date: Founder and ‘chief doer’ at Bricks & Briar, specialising in hedgerow restoration and management for farmers and growers.
- 2016 – 2025: Owner of a sustainable farming consultancy, managing small teams and securing successful funding applications to DEFRA and private foundations for farming and environmental organisations.
- 2011 – 2018: Held several director-level leadership roles with a major UK berry and cherry producer, including developing its international sustainability strategy.
- 2017 – 2023: Founder and former leader of the Gloucestershire Food and Farming Partnership.
- 2003 – 2007: BA (American Studies): King's College London and the University of California, Berkeley.
