Focus Site Project: Nutrient Management Planning
Project aims:
- The aim of this project is to share best practice by utilising nutrient management planning to it's maximum potential.
- Following soil analysis, a nutrient management plan will be drawn up and the key recommendations implemented on the site.
- Slurry/manure from both beef and poultry enterprises on the site will also be analysed and knowledge shared on the responsible storage and management of poultry manure to avoid diffuse pollution issues.
