Course Overview

The ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management qualification is an entry level qualification for anyone with management responsibilities but no formal qualification. It is also useful for anyone hoping to progress into a management position but who have not yet formalised their understanding with any training. It will benefit anyone with a management or supervisory position.

Course Duration

This course takes up to 1 month to be completed, there are 3 days training, 1 day optional assignment tutorial and then you have 1 month from the last training day to submit and pass the assignments.

Course Outcome

You will receive an ILM Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Assessments

There is 1 assignment to be written per module. For the Level 3 Award that is 2 assignments, around 2,000 words.

The course content will depend on the modules sat, some examples of the modules we run are:

  2. Understanding Recruitment and Selection of Staff 
  3. Managing Workplace Projects 
  4. Understanding Health and Safety in the Workplace 
  5. Understanding Marketing for Managers 
  6. Understanding Costs and Budgets 
  7. Solving Problems and Making Decisions 

All applicants must complete the following mandatory e-learning module before applying for funding – Mandatory Unit: Developing Leading and People Skills for a Successful Business
