30 years as a consultant in Wales has given me the experience of how to work with family businesses to achieve positive change.
I have worked with many growing businesses on an ongoing basis and therefore understand what is required to be successful.
Identifying the main areas to work on to achieve the business objectives and getting support from family and staff is key to a successful plan.
Motivating family members and staff to implement change is a big part of my role and seeing positive results is the most rewarding part to what I do.

Studied Agriculture at Newcastle University.
30 years’ experience as a consultant.
Specialising in providing business advice, strategic planning, nutrition, and technical consultancy.
The business management work includes the preparation of business plans and budgets for dairy and livestock farms, plus setting up joint ventures (contract and share farming).
The technical work includes dairy and youngstock nutrition, herd health management and forage planning.
