  • Experienced group facilitator and training provider to groups of farmers and industry stakeholders
  • Provider of expert witness expertise in livestock-related legal cases
  • Management of projects from the preparation of tenders through to delivery, completion and evaluation of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Significant relationship management experience at all levels in the red meat processing, marketing and agriculture sectors
  • Organisation of and involvement in events for stakeholders such as receptions and trade shows
  • In addition, Emma helps to run an upland beef and sheep farm in Snowdonia National Park which is also diversifying into camping and glamping
