Haydn is based in Carmarthenshire, and is able to travel across Wales to facilitate family succession meetings. Haydn has a strong understanding of the agricultural sector, as alongside his job as a consultant, he also started his farming business 20 years ago. He therefore understands the challenges facing farmers and can relate to different situations. Haydn has previous experience of facilitating meetings after previously being a bank manager with a large high street bank.
