This episode will be the first in a series introduced by a range of guest presenter on a variety of topics from Welsh Agriculture and beyond. The first guest presenter will be a familiar voice to the podcast, Rhys Williams, a sheep and cattle farmer and a farm business consultant for Precision Grazing Ltd. Rhys had the privilege of catching up with Farmers Weekly Beef Farmer of the year Aled Evans at Rest Farm near Whitland. In this episode they'll be discussing the journey that Aled is on in developing a sustainable livestock farming system. We will be specifically looking at three elements of sustainable farming, the three P’s which are Profit, Planet and People.
