Tom Tolputt is an organic farmer in Cornwall who's spent the last 25 years searching for the answer.  The key to achieving sustainable farming systems for Tom, co-founder of TerraFarmer, a regenerative & biological farm consultancy is to build soil health from the ground up. Through unlocking the power of “the brown stuff” within a regenerative farming system, it's possible to build biology and increase organic matter that helps support the natural environment.

According to Tom, farming can become a massive and probably the ultimate source of carbon sequestration and positive environmental change. In this episode Tom  talks through the 5 core principles within the regenerative community to achieving optimum soil health including GPS technology for soil sampling.
