Course outline:
The course covers the main environmental risks & opportunities facing organisations; the importance of resource efficiency; the impacts of pollution, prevention, control & legislation; the impact of transport; and knowing how employees can support environmental sustainability.
This one-day introductory course provides learners with a practical introduction to environmental sustainability, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, understanding and motivation to create measurable sustainability impact within their organisation.

On successful completion of this course the delegate will have the knowledge and understanding of:

- Compliance obligations and business drivers for change

Course delivery:
This course will be delivered face to face classroom. The assessment will consist of a online 20 question multiple choice test. This is completed through the IEMA assessment portal and learners will be sent a link upon registration to the assessment. A laptop will be required for the day of the course.
