Although Richard is based in Shrewsbury, he is willing to travel across Wales to facilitate family succession meetings. Richard has an extensive knowledge of the agricultural industry as he has been working as an agricultural consultant for over 20 years, along with farming alongside his family on their farm. In addition to this, he has previous experience of working with difficult family situations and facilitating family meetings.
