Study Visits
*The application window for Study Visits is now open until 31/05/2022.*
Spending time visiting other businesses can be a valuable way to discover improved methods of working, see best practice in action and bring home new ideas to innovate your enterprise.
Groups of eligible farmers and foresters can apply for a maximum of £3,000 per group to fund 50% of the cost of a study visit within the UK for a period of up to 4 days.
Each group must submit an application form to request funding and is expected to keep a record of its findings to share with others on their return.
Please note - Applications are aimed to be approved within 5 working days. From the date of approval, groups are required to travel and submit a claim form within 60 days.
All beneficiaries must comply with the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020 (“Coronavirus Regulations”) and although restrictions on travel have eased it is advised that travel to/from areas of high incidence rate, without reasonable excuse is avoided.
Please read the terms and conditions located in the application form for full scheme rules.
