Project aims:

- Gareth Jones, Rhug Estate Farm Manger wants to re assess the current beef finishing enterprise to ensure that it is in a positive financial position looking ahead to the future where support payments may possibly not be available.
- In addition to this, he wants to utilise EID technology into the business in order to produce KPI’s and aid in market planning and monitoring performance.
