First Start Homes are an off-site building company utilizing structural insulated panels (SIP's) with a light steel frame system to construct flat pack panelised or modular buildings for a range of residential and commercial projects across the UK. Following modern methods of construction (MMC), we have the capacity to design, manufacture, construct and project manage bespoke building kits that are prepared and quality assured in the factory before transporting to site for a vastly reduced installation time frame along with many other benefits.
