Food and Drink Trade Development visit to Belgium (Brussels) and The Netherlands (Utrecht)

Utrecht and Brussels

A Trade Development Visit (TDV) to Belgium (Brussels) and The Netherlands (Utrecht) will be taking place on 6 – 9 February 2017 and will be the first time the Food Division has undertaken a visit to these markets. The aim of the TDV is to help both new and existing exporters develop new business through a series of market briefings, store visits, meet the buyers/showcasing and networking events. Fraudulent egg producer ordered to pay back £84,000

Mr John Edward Morgan, an egg producer based in Mid Wales, was ordered to pay back £84,331.18 or face 12 months in jail when he appeared before Swansea Crown Court on 20 th September 2017 in relation to a Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 application made by the Welsh Government.
