I have always had a passion for singing and performing, so my first business fused that with the skills I’d learned as a senior manager in big business. After that I set up and currently run Turn Lights On.  We provide workshops and corporate training courses to improve company performance and help people connect with their work, customers and colleagues. We’re also working on new online courses, webinars and books.

I learned so much in my first year of business.  When I worked for a large company I had a team of staff to do things like finance, facilities management and staff issues.  But in my own company I had to be all those things until I could hire my own staff.  I was learning things every day but I loved it!
