After 15 years of working in higher education, and having completed my Master’s degree in business, I decided that I needed a better work/life balance. Some entrepreneurs just want to make money, but my ambition was to do something I enjoy, and spend more time with my children.

I looked at what I do well and what I enjoy, and it was then that I decided to start my company, NeoDynamic, which helps people to start up, improve and grow their businesses.
