Having been brought up in a self-employed environment in rural Wales, I have always been fascinated with the inner workings of small businesses, and so it seemed natural to look to self-employment as a career after university.

Within a week of graduating with a Product Design degree in Cardiff, I co-founded a fast-growth digital agency in Cardiff Bay, and remained at the forefront of the day-to-day running of the business for 11 exciting years, developing the company’s turnover from £20,000 to over £1 million.

I have always believed that nothing matches the excitement of being in full control of your career, and I now work with small businesses across Mid Wales, providing them with a strong platform for fast growth and enabling them to punch above their weight.
