I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit – at the age of just 13 I was selling handmade bracelets in my dad’s friend’s bookshop. I’ve worked in lots of different retail and hospitality environments, but it was working hard for someone else that made me decide to work for myself and set up my own business.

My first business was managing a B&B in Scotland – I soon decided to move to Wales and manage it remotely, which was when I had to completely rethink my business ideas. As I had a young family, I needed to find something I could do from home, which was when I started selling online.

I started out in the baby market trading on eBay, before launching my own website in 2010, and expanding my range of products in 2015; since then, I’ve also added a range of designer bags and I’m now looking to expand into the pet market.
